Market information only

Market Alert provides general, non-personalized informational and educational market intelligence. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, assess your suitability, recommend a portfolio, provide individualized investment advice or guarantee outcomes. Opportunity, risk and confidence scores describe observed data and evidence quality; they are not price targets, probabilities or instructions to buy, hold or sell. You remain responsible for every financial decision and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Market data and availability

Market Alert displays selected prices, OHLC charts and its own derived scores inside the app. Data is processed server-side and the app does not provide raw API access, bulk downloads or data exports. Prices, news links, social signals, scores and translations may be delayed, indicative, incomplete or unavailable because of provider, exchange, market, region or technical conditions. They are not an official exchange record. Always verify important information with a primary source or your broker before acting.

Subscriptions and offer codes

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled in the Apple App Store or Google Play settings before renewal. The store displays the current localized price, trial or promotional period and renewal terms before confirmation. Offer-code eligibility and redemption are controlled by the store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape or systematically extract content, create a substitute data feed, redistribute market data, circumvent access controls or use the app unlawfully. Your subscription grants access to the app; it does not transfer any ownership or redistribution right in third-party data.

Third-party content

News is obtained only through Marketaux and Twelve Data; market data comes from Twelve Data and social posts are obtained separately through the X API. Publisher names identify the original source and do not mean that Market Alert has a direct agreement with each named publisher. Content and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Display, translation and other use remain subject to the applicable provider and publisher rights; a paid API subscription alone is not a declaration that every use is permitted. The app presents article headlines, short descriptions, source attribution and links, rather than reproducing full publisher articles. OpenAI prepares Polish translations and market-content analysis; translations may contain errors and should be checked against the original. News history covers up to 45 days and coverage is not guaranteed for every market. Your app subscription does not grant any additional redistribution right in third-party content.

Transparency and conflicts

Sponsored content, issuer compensation or another material commercial relationship affecting displayed content must be clearly labelled. Standard ranking is not a paid placement service. See the Market Disclosures page for score meaning, source handling and important limitations.

Account and termination

You are responsible for protecting account access. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or respond to material misuse. Account deletion is available in the app under Account & Security. Deleting an account or the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage it separately in the store.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular investment decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

European consumers

Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country remain unaffected. Digital subscription cancellation and refund rights are also subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play terms and mandatory law.

Changes and contact
